Beer tasting roundup

Until now I have brewed Christmas Beer, Ale, IPA & Steam Beer.
Christmas Beer: It tastes rather well, but not like Christmas.
Ale: Tastes very good! A success!
IPA: First taste was a bit disappointing, but second taste was much better. A success!
Steam Beer: First taste was promising...

Pilsner (Steam beer) on track

Iv wanted to brew a beer for my wife ever since I started, so im gonna have a try with a golden "Pilsner" beer. But im doing it a bit different. Normally you use a yeast that works at 5-10 C, but I cant duplicate that temperature, so im going to use a yeast for 20 C. Its not "correct" to do it this way, but its worth a try.

New beer on bottle!

It was so much fun brewing the Christmas beer, that I brewed a new one with my neighbor.
We went for an Ale and it was really funny.

Tasting only 10 days after bottling demonstrated a fresh but dark beer - easy to enjoy!

The beers just keeps on coming

My wife gave me a present for our wedding anniversary....a brewing course and I attended it today. It was GREAT fun and a great learning experience into the bio and chemical things at work when you brew beer.

Ok, so iv brewed the beer, but it needs to have a finished look.

How do I do that? With the correct label!

Christmas beer brew started!

OK...after 2 hours of hard work, the brew is all done and is sitting in the tank to cool down from boiling for 1 hour.

If its a success I will post the details of how I did it.

I expect to bottle in 2 weeks.

Brewing beer

I have for a while thought about brewing beer for myself.
The regular beers you buy in the stores doesn't really excite me anymore. They are just not interesting any more, so if want something really good you have to pay about 5,5 $ (30 DKKR) pr bottle and thats a bit steep.

A guy I know is really good at it and after trying out a few of hes beers I have decided to give it a go. Its not that expensive to get the equipment and it's rather easy to brew a good beer.

My wife also picked up on my interest and got me a gift certificate for a beerbrewing course for our 2 year anniversary - looking forward to that!

Vacation in Spain (Marbella)

You know when you look through the promotion material for various charter companies to plan your holiday? They usually pick out the best of the best to show you and usually you will get disappointed...

We went to Marbella in Spain to get away from Torromolinos tourist hell. It was more expensive but worth while the money, because there was hardly any tourists :D
Second day there we decided to walk through the old part of the town. Street after street with white houses, clean walkways and a charming atmosphere.

This was a surprise!

Love the lunch where I work :)

Every now and then I do get surprised about the food arrangement where I work.
They do this every now and then :)

Managing Stereotype Blind - Part II

Well since my last post things have been moving a bit forward.

I have made a great deal of contacts, the new official website is up www.stereotypeblind.com and one of the biggest music instrument stores in Denmark has used my concert photos twice!

Silent Hunter IV released

Any submarine fan knows the Silent Hunter series and the 4th installment for PC has just been released about 1 month ago.

The game simulates the American submarines fighting the Japanees fleet during WWII.
